CNI Celebrate 22nd Anniversary

“Let’s Cowboy” was the chosen theme to uplift the atmosphere of CNI’s 22nd Anniversary Carnival celebrated in Wisma CNI last 4th December. Our zealous distributors started pouring in as early as 8:30am, especially those from outside the central region. Main highlights of the day were the WaterLife And Cni Beauty World workshops, the 2012 strategy briefing, the launch of the new fragrance - The One Passionne, the official launch of “I Am Champion” sure win campaign and Carnival crazy sales. The success of this Carnival has inspired our distributors to strive for greater achievements in 2012!

Ruby Trip To Tropical Indonesia

A fun-filled, all-paid-for 5 days trip for our Ruby Agency Managers to the capital city of our neighbouring country, Indonesia. Besides enjoying spectacular sight-seeing, our leaders were also just in time to join CNI Indonesia’s 25th Anniversary grand celebration.
Dreams Come True Convention 2011

Once again, this CNI stars-studded event bear witness to achievers who’ve made their dreams come true. Recognitions, product launches, Life Enzyme testimonial sharing, success sharing by Million Diamond and entertainment were highlights of this motivational event.
The summit of the evening was the special recognition to Million Diamond Louise Cheng for achieving the 3rd Car Fund Incentive and Asset Fund. In her success story sharing that followed, Louise said, “We need to change because the world is constantly changing. Today, I’m standing proud on this stage because I’m willing to and courageous enough to change…Success does not come easy, there’s no shortcut. We must always strive to achieve our dreams.” Her words of wisdom provided a strong motivation for the audience to never give up their dreams.

Yayasan CNI Join A Humanitarian Aid Mission To Thailand

The onset of affliction following the massive flood which inundated many parts of Thailand recently has gained the sympathy of Malaysians. Thereby, Yayasan CNI had joined a humanitarian aid mission to Thailand. Contribution by Yayasan CNI was represented by Benny Ang to Khun Prasert, Flood Relief Operation Centre Chief Coordinator. Yayasan CNI contributed 10,032 JOSHI Sanitary Napkin packs and 5,000 bottles Fire-Sens Mentholated Rub worth a total of RM200, 000. Yayasan CNI had also sponsored free flow of coffee drinks such as Up Café Suri Coffee and CNI Tongkat Ali Ginseng Coffee. This contribution from Yayasan CNI was warmly received by the victims had helped to lessen their burden.
Sri Aman Carnival Uplifts the Community

Sri Aman DC held a carnival on 29 October, in order to appreciate the local community’s support and build good rapport with them. This carnival started from 10am until 10pm and attracted around 300 people. Many interesting programs were held such as children beauty contest, colouring contest, karaoke contest, Caring Community Project, Children Education Incentive Recognition Ceremony, lucky draw sessions etc.
Fund-Raising For Homepeace Old Folks Home Yayasan CNI Sponsors RM14,000.00

Nurturing the weak, aiding the poor is what Yayasan CNI is all about. Putting this philosophy into action, Yayasan CNI dutifully donated products worth RM14,000 and dispatched volunteers to help the Homepeace Old Folks Home in their charitable sales to raise fund for the home.
The event, which was held on 13 November in Ipoh, received warm response from the public, business people and associations. The atmosphere was spectacular with Samaritans flooding the sales booths and the event was further enhanced by the appearance of Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Women, Family And Community Development, YB. Datuk Heng Seai Kie, to officiate the event.
Besides sponsoring 500 packs of Joshi Sanitary Napkins and 300 bottles of Simanis Pink Guava with Pomegranate juice, the volunteers from Yayasan CNI had also prepared CNI café for visitors, conducted basic health screening and consultation as well as provide indian henna artwork. The proceeds went to the Homepeace Old Folks Home’s fund.
The charitable event successfully raised RM180,000, plus another RM20,000 donated by the Ministry of Women, Family And Community Development as announced by YB. Datuk Heng Seai Kie, in her opening speech. This made the collection for the charitable project to amount to a notable RM200,000. We hope that this successful event will help foster the public’s empathy to continue giving and helping the Homepeace Old Folks Home, sheltering the needy elderly to keep them peaceful throughout the remains of the day.
Fly to the Mystical India

All the hard work and effort were paid off when our 14 Pearl Agency Managers was flown away to India for a 7 day 6 night incredible holiday. Congratulations to all the 14 PAM leaders who had won the trip to the land of mystic. As the leaders arrived at Trichy they visited the Golden Rock Port and Vinakaya Temple, later travel to the legendary Meenakshi Temple, known as the ‘Hall of a Thousand Pillars’. The leaders also travel to Kanyakumari which is famed for its incomparable geographical location of its lands end of India where the Arabian Sea, the Indian Ocean and the Bay of Bengal. Leaders enjoyed the stopover at Coimbatore, Ooty, Mysore and Bangalore. Our PAM leader had an amazing trip to India and this holiday is a booster to their spirits to achieve more great incentives from CNI.
Mon Amour Launch

French top master perfumer Olivier Funel, creator of popular The One Mon Amour perfume paid a visit to Wisma CNI on 22 September 2011. He officially launched his latest product. Besides Olivier, the CEO of Atelier des parfums company, Hermann Portner also attended the product launching. Both VIPs sign their signature on The One Mon Amour replica box witnessed by 16 media representatives and over 200 guests attended the historical function. Olivier, who had invented perfumes for so many popular perfume brands in the market shared that, this is the first time for him to invent a HALAL perfume. However, this wholly new experience had helped him to explore the potential of plants natural fragrance, thus produced a brand new perfume. Beside answering questions, Olivier announced that he will bound business with the Company, by launching new fragrances by end of this year. The launching of the new fragrances surely even out it’s status as the one and only French perfume certified HALAL by JAKIM in market.
CNI Wins The International Standard Quality Award 2011

EU Analysis Alliance (EUAA) together with 12 judges unanimously agreed that CNI has excellent performance on fair trading, creating local brand excellence, positive corporate image, concern for performance, active human capital training and diffuse ASEAN trading values. MDRT - Leaders Awed by Magnificent Europe

Fascinating Europe promises endless surprises! Congratulations to all CNI’s finest leaders who had conquered their target and enjoyed the fruit of success. They had covered almost all the travel hotspots in Europe in this 11-day trip. They took in wonderful snowy scenery in Mount Titlis, Switzerland, experienced the rich arts and cultural heritage of Rome, had a nice gondola ride in Venice, visited the Eifel Tower and enjoyed the romantic scenery of Paris. Apart from that, our leaders also went to Milan, Florence, Pisa, Lugano and other great places. They took this valuable opportunity of spending time together to enhance communication and encourage one another. The leaders had also met up with Whyte Magic spokesperson cum Miss Congeniality Universe 2009, Miss Wang Jingyao in Paris. They all had a joyous moment in The City of Romance.
EAM Leaders Explore the Essence of Ancient and Modern China

Harvest comes after sowing and nurturing. CNI leaders who are insistent in achieving their goals will be given due reward. Congratulations to all EAM leaders who had won a trip to China and explore the mystery of this great mainland. The leaders visited the famous Qingdao Polar Ocean World, Qingdao Beer Museum and CNI’s factory in Qingdao. The journey continued as they travelled into Beijing and visited the Bird’s Nest and Water Cube stadiums to witness the grandness of these Olympic Games’ facilities. The leaders went on to the Great Wall, Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, fully utilizing the 8-day trip to experience the wonderful sceneries of China. All the leaders were completely inspired by this trip and they are already setting their next goal. They are looking forward to another uplifting trip incentive in the near future.
CNI Officiates New RC in Alor Setar

It was a proud moment for CNI as the latest RC was officially opened on 25 June in Alor Setar city centre. This special occasion was attended by the locals and graced by CNI’s Executive Director, Chan Kok Liang together with the northern region’s Million Diamonds. Interesting programme line-up included lucky draw, warehouse sale and mystery gifts to enliven the momentous event. The opening ceremony was also covered by the press, for instance Utusan Malaysia who published news on the event on 28 June. Many company’s updates were also shared by our Executive Director like iSponsoring, iSeller and the launch of the latest product, Mon Amour alcohol-free perfume which is getting rave response from the market. Enthusiasm was in the air and many decided to join as members that day. Platters of refreshments were also prepared for the guests. Congratulations Alor Setar RC for the success of the event.
East Malaysia’s First Retail Centre Grand Opening

The first Healthy Living Store in East Malaysia is now open! CNI Holdings Berhad’s Executive Director, Liu TianJi, together with MDAM Hj. Ramli Jack, MDAM Irman Harmi bin Mohamad Sahari, MDAM Ahmad bin Abdullah, MDAM Ashaari bin Sirat and MDAM Voon Sin Siaw graced its official opening ceremony in Petra Jaya on 2 July.
Visitors began to pour in as early as 10am. Besides the public who came to witness and experience the grand celebration, leaders, distributors, friends and relatives thronged the venue to participate in the interesting programmes and to sample CNI fantastic products.
CNI’s aromatic coffee and Simanis refreshing taste were the party favourites, great promotions and discounts had sent visitors on a shopping spree, while a counter offering free health check had driven the crowd to form a long queue. “Customers’ Mingle Day” was a huge success on 4 June at Tapah eSP. A myriad of activities like children colouring contest, games, warehouse sale, Whyte Magic demo and new product launch for Mon Amour alcohol-free perfume were a hit among the locals. The event that began at 10am until 6pm saw the locals coming in droves to grab the variety of free gifts being offered with every purchase of CNI products. Others were excited to get their very own latest product from CNI, the Mon Amour alcohol-free perfume. Latest updates were shared by Sales Development Senior Manager, Moriko Yen who came to grace the event. Those in attendance were excited with the uplifting news. Before the day came to an end, prize giving ceremony was held to award the winners of the colouring contest followed by a lucky draw that had the crowd all elated. The ceremony ended on a high note to the “Inilah Harinya” signature song.

The Grand Opening of Jalan Parry DC

Congratulations to our SP in Jalan Parry, Miri as it has been upgraded to a DC recently. The grand opening ceremony of this DC was held on 21 April. Executive Director Chan Kok Liang, MDAM Choong Mun Fook, MDAM Voon Sin Siaw and Marketing Manager for East Malaysia, Thomas Kok attended the ceremony to show their support. Facilities in Jalan Parry DC have been upgraded, enabling it to provide a better and more efficient service to customers and nearby fellow distributors.
ABC Continues Efforts To Enhance CNI Fraternity

The amicable get-together between the distributors and the Active Board Members (ABC) comprising of CNI’s 3 Founders, Dato’ P. C. Koh, Tan Sia Swee and Liu TianJi, and two CNI Executive Directors, Chew Boon Swee and Sam Cheong, continues. This time, it’s northern region’s turn to welcome Dato’ P.C. Koh. Our distributors were very excited about the visit because it was a rare occasion for them to converse with Dato’ Koh in an informal setting. Despite his tight schedule, Dato’ Koh made himself available to mingle with the distributors.
The first day trip was to Tapah, Kampar and ended in Changlun. On the second day, places covered were Alor Setar, Sg Petani, Perai and Tapah again. Distributors threw in a lot of feedback while chatting with the CNI founder, including bright ideas to help improve CNI business. Dato’ Koh was very happy and thrilled to have met our northern region’s distributors and he hopes that many more distributors will seize this golden opportunity to voice their ideas in helping the Company to improve the living standard of CNI’s big family more effectively. Vote For CNI

The ”Vote For CNI” campaign and the spirit to promote CNI career continue with full zest and dedication. This time, the locals in Merlimau are the target, in line with the Merlimau, Melaka by-election campaign.
The campaign started on 25 February and ended on 27 February at the public square in Merlimau town. A variety of activities were organised by CNI leaders, supported by staff, to make the event merrier such as free-flow of Up TAGG coffee, free health screening, sponsoring and games which won great response from the multicultural local residents.
May this initiative and its great success set as an example and motivation for other distributors and leaders to seize every opportunity in their own territories to increase sales and sponsoring while promoting CNI’s reputable brand.
ABC Sparks Momentum For 2011

2011 opens a new chapter for CNI distributors when CNI Directors pledged their commitment to “go down to the field” to meet distributors following the formation of the Active Board Council (ABC). A warm reception welcomed the Directors who made special appearances at all regions throughout Malaysia. This is a golden opportunity for CNI distributors to meet and discuss with CNI Directors to exchange ideas and align the strategies for 2011. The gathering emphasises on the importance of cooperation, team focus, truthfulness and sincerity in undertaking CNI business. CNI Top Management also called for distributors to align their actions paralel to Company’s strategy and focus so as to achieve 2011 target. Many great news had been shared in this field activity like the latest marketing plan, 2011 focus products that are Life Enzyme, the bee series, WaterLife and Whyte Magic. Consequential to the success of and warm reception to a series of get-together with CNI Directors early this year, it is hoped that distributors’ productivity will increase and the market is stimulated across the country.
eSP Success Is CNI’s Inspiration

2010 had passed, but it has left us with special events to remember. CNI is always concern to fulfill distributors’ demand, thus exciting marketing plan has been planned. This year CNI focus its strategy on health and beauty product such as Well3 Life Enzyme, Well3 Bee Series, WaterLife and Whyte Magic. All the activities being conducted are in line with the Company strategy. This year, CNI focuses on eSP to boost up the sales. Various activities have been conducted by eSPs to promote CNI all around the country. The activities that have been held so far are such as Business Opportunity Seminar, eSP opening ceremony, Caring Community Project, tea time gathering; fund raising for flood victims and many more. These activities receive good response from the distributors and the public. This is the starting point of 2011, great commitment and cooperation from the eSP operators, entrepreneurs, DC operators as well support from CNI will garner massive success.

The capital of Malaysia welcomed 53 of our LTS Kuala Lumpur qualifiers with an exciting holiday that lasted for a memorable 3 days and 2 nights. Kuala Lumpur has tremendously developed into a gleaming modern city with a unique mix of different cultures and contemporary economy. Qualifiers grabbed the chance to visit breathtaking Sepang Goldcoast, KLCC Aquaria and KL Tower. While enjoying the moment at the stunning city of Kuala Lumpur, the qualifiers also attended a beneficial business seminar to sharpen their skills. They had a delightful dinner at Look Out Point, Ampang themed 1 Malaysia 1 CNI. Our qualifiers had an amazing trip to Kuala Lumpur and this holiday is a booster to their spirits to achieve more great incentives from CNI.
MDRT & DC Convention Sparks Fresh Spirit for 2011

Golden Palm Tree, Sepang Gold Coast and the auspicious dates 13-15 December 2010 recorded the gathering of CNI business finest leaders and Top Management for a discussion on the CNI’s mission and strategy for year 2011. The revised Business Development Plan specially for 2011, marketing strategies, product campaigns and new incentives were the main topics much anticipated by participants in the convention. The success of this convention had further invigorated the spirit to strive and strengthened the ties between leaders and the Management to make mission 2011 a reality.
